• Quotations provided by ARH Tradelink are valid for the duration specified in the quote document and are subject to component availability.
• Pricing and delivery estimates are formulated based on manufacturer availability, import tariffs, and logistics constraints.

2. Procurement and Orders

Formal purchase orders (PO) are subject to separate sales contract agreements. Our services on this website constitute an invitation to request quotes and do not represent a binding commercial sales contract until a written purchase agreement is finalized between the parties.
